Works well if you know what you're doing.
Works. Used it to read the installation code on a Concord 4 alarm. Without this tool this pos will be a paperweight if you don't know the code. In the questions there is a recommendation to search for drivers and software on YouTube. Youtube user Chris Kasprzak has an instructional video with a link to a working software/driver. An important caveat with YouTube videos: the chip orientation shown in the software is correct for this particular reader. Video on YouTube for another device.
