In recent years I have used various methods to prepare a cold drink. Cold brewing gently brings out complex coffee aromas without having to look for chocolaty or fruity notes in a bitter taste. bags. They all work and make a delicious drink, but they're either difficult to clean or require disposable filters, which is a constant expense, but worse, more junk. I saw it and was glad to try it. It's a reasonable price and a brilliant idea with a metal strainer, ball bearing valve and decanter. Easy assembly and disassembly for cleaning. Easy to clean, I throw waste away for recycling which slides away pretty quickly and very little is left in my siphons. Rubber seals are easy to mount in the desired position. I am so glad I found and purchased this item.
