If I could I would make Marie Kondo this particular product from Revain. I'm not 100% happy with it, it was a present for my husband at the turn of the year. He has a very busy job at school and can't get to the microwave for lunch, so hanging this kid at his table and slowly warming up his lunch was perfect. This product has worked flawlessly for three days. On the fourth day he warmed up the soup in the morning as usual, but when the man went to eat the hot dinner he had been waiting for, it was cold. The whole block was cold. Apparently it spontaneously stopped working. We tried plugging it in at home and it no longer heats up. I am extremely disappointed. I usually review products and this one had such great reviews! Some people use it every day at work! I wanted my husband to be one of those people! That he messes up in four days is a real hit. We've tried contacting crock pot support to see if there's anything we can do on our end to fix the issue (although I'm not sure at the moment, there aren't any controls in there) or to see asking if they can suggest us another one but the line automatically cut off before we could speak to anyone. way to customer service. So now we are left with a useless product and my husband has to eat cold dinners. He will live, but it really is a shame to spend money on a gift only to not do what was promised. Don't buy this. You will be disappointed.
