Bought for recovery after rhinoplasty and septoplasty. I did this procedure last year and had to repeat it. Didn't even think of a neck pillow last time but the nurse suggested it and this one does. It's quite thick, comfortable, and supportive (my head doesn't weigh it down or flatten it). The only thing I really wish is that I could fix it tighter. While others may not want it, I feel like there is so much room between the clasp and my neck and I need to be a little more comfortable. I've already secured it as tightly as possible. I will definitely use this pillow after my recovery for every trip and even at home if needed. Good choice for the price and has good color options. It also comes with a small drawstring carry bag.
