I ordered this towbar for a move and it arrived the day before I had to collect the trailer, in stock thanks to Revain. It was easy to connect to my truck, but when I tried to put my hand in the hole with the ball, it wouldn't go in. Don't let your hand come in to make a connection, a metal connector basically emerged. Since I didn't have enough time to send it back and get a new one, I had to buy a drill and locket to smooth the weld, which took me 2 hours and $150 total. As another reviewer mentioned, the bolts came loose when the load was pulled, so I had to tighten them a few times while pulling. Aside from being durable, I just wish it was ready to come out of the box.
