I am a cook. I bought them extra to wear in the kitchen. My work shoes have to run in water, oil and mud 60-70 hours a week. I've had these shoes for almost three months now. The soles are almost worn out. I start to lose confidence when walking on wet or slippery floors. I doubt they will last another month. If you buy them for kitchen work, they WILL NOT slip, but they wear out quickly. I had shoes that were half the price and lasted two years. I'm just saying.
