Works as advertised and looks great in my furry little one's closet. I bought the mat for two purposes: firstly, to help Cheetah, Chewie and Misty (my 3 furry babies) remove stuck dirt from their little paws to reduce the risk of them swallowing it while cleaning. And second, to catch any trash that occasionally flies out of her Robot Scavenger 3 (automatic and self-cleaning toilet device) when my younger cat Cheetah is doing her business, or at least I think she is. they do it there. Although sometimes I have to be surprised because she acts like she's playing in a sandbox or something. And there was an added bonus of buying a toilet mat as it seems to help keep her steps in place leading to the entrance of Litter Robot 3. My other 2 fluffy babies are getting older and I know as they get older , the better it will be more difficult for them to climb into the robot tray 3 and they use the steps every day. I noticed that the ladder barely moves as it did before the new garbage mat was put in place. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to buy a litter box or to help their cats remove stuck residue from their paws! I would also like to comment on some of the negative feedback about the carpet being rolled up or not on the floor. The instructions on the product clearly recommend using a hair dryer and applying heat to areas that curl or do not lay flat BEFORE using it. Immediately after opening the package, when it arrived, I took out the mat, spread it out, and then rolled it up in the opposite direction that it was rolled up in the package. Then I took it to my tanning bed and put it on the ground in a place where it got direct sun and left it there until the next day. There were only 2 small areas that weren't laying flat yet so I used the blow dryer as suggested in the instructions and within 2-3 minutes of using the blow dryer the carpet had uncreased its wrinkles and was laying flat.
