I bought this product to relieve back pain associated with menstruation. The product works great but is noisy. The quality seems good and it is comfortable to wear around the waist. I use a powered product so I don't have to be tethered to the wall. Features: Heating - The heating function has 3 settings and works very well. It provides sufficient warmth without overheating the skin. Vibration Massage – This feature also has 3 settings but doesn't seem to be as effective for pain relief. Air compression - this function can only be switched on and off, the intensity is not adjustable. I bought this product mainly because of this feature and it worked great the first time I used it. The second time around, there seemed to be an inflation and deflation sound, but I didn't actually feel any contraction. Will update the rating after I try again
