The Steelseries Siberia X800 Wireless Gaming Headphones are the best gaming headphones I've ever tried. I first bought a SteelSeries Arctis 7 wireless gaming headset with no lag but they didn't charge and returned them. These X800s are expensive but outperform many Astro Gaming headphones I've had. Not only did these Astros sound very bad overall, but they slowed down after a while despite the high price. When I bought the Xbox One, none of the older Astros had working in-game chat. I tried downloading new software to the A50 but it stopped working at all. Tech support told me to buy new ones, it can't be fixed, I'm done with Astro. For the X800 on Xbox One, it would be great if you didn't need a chat cable to the controller, but Microsoft's cable comes with mute. The X800 has many interesting features that allow you to switch between the menus on the transmitter box by manipulating the headphone volume control. It also has a removable battery that charges inside the transmitter box. The battery cover on the headphone should have been made better to help you change batteries while playing games. I'm slowly getting used to it and I have to say that you rarely have to change them in-game as the battery lasts even for very long gaming sessions. I find them very comfortable, I've never had any reason to complain. I could give them 5 stars if they sounded as good and were as comfortable as my Sennheiser HD598 which I connected to my Astro A40 receiver. Use them as backups for my X800 but no chat of course. Overall, after a month of use, they're significantly better than the Astros and in the same price range.
