We used this chalk at our gym during the CrossFit Open as a blue team joke (we had blue, green, and black teams participating in the Friday Night Lights). It's VERY blue, especially when sweaty. But so much fun! The chalk itself is actually of very good quality, it's a fine, silky powder that absorbs moisture very well and improves adhesion. In general the chalk we use is grainy and I think people prefer it because they are used to it. But it was fun to have the bright color and see everyone's hands turn blue! After the event, we mixed it up in our regular buckets with white chalk to make it more subtle. We didn't want to waste it because it's a bit expensive, so we'll use it until it runs out.
