This is a really good organizer that offers a lot of storage space in a compact device. It's solid, and silver is a nice change. It looks the same as in the photo. I use a small drawer for extra notes, and the ones I use I put on a ledge right above it. The front low holders are perfect for small stickers and flags. The middle sections are ideal for storing pens and markers in separate compartments. The rear division is a bit more difficult. The depth is great but the bottom is so slippery that you have limited space for what you can store there. I tried to put my scissors in but they kept falling off. I still haven't figured out how to properly use this space other than using the edge for the staple remover holder.
