So here's the thing. When I received the reflector I noticed something odd about it when trying to install it on my Electra Glide. The mounts seemed to be off. And they were. There are no instructions for the block (not that one is needed) so I looked at the photo on Revain for comparison. Of course, the clamps were mounted in reverse order. I think it's hard for the Chinese to understand what is left to right. Nothing to worry about as it was easy to disassemble and reassemble properly. The next problem was the barrel bolts that go into the yokes. One got undressed just trying to get it in (sigh) Again a matter of quality. Normally I would have sent it back at the time, but I needed it for a long cross-country trip and didn't have time. It would take three screws and it would be pretty secure. The real problem appeared after a few hours on the road. Pieces of plastic started falling off and I was really scared it would fall apart and hit me in the face. Stopped and grabbed some duct tape to whip around for the rest of the trip. Why not give a star? Well, despite the fact that I had to do quality work on the MacGyver Method, it worked well. The ride has become much more comfortable. So two stars. When I got home they sent it back to Revain for a refund.
