This machine is AMAZING

What an amazing machine! My wife and I just completed a 4,000 mile RV trip across 9 states on our newly purchased Garmin RV780. MY GOD! I must have exclaimed 50 times how much I love this GPS while driving. The display is very intuitive and easy to understand and clear. It doesn't matter because we all expect it these days. The shocking part is the amount of information stored... rest stops, camping, entertainment, restaurants and more. The high point was when my wife announced she wanted Starbucks. Yes. There was a tab for that. I clicked on it and found a place two miles from me. pressed "GO" and followed the pink line. Towards the end of the day, when it was time to stop, I clicked on campsites. A list of nearby campsites and caravan sites appears on the screen, which scrolls and updates as you drive. Do you see what you like? Click on it and information will appear. Pleases? Click GO. minuses? There is so much information out there that it's tempting to manipulate it while driving. which is very distracting. Solution? I'm going to get a second GPS and put it on the passenger side. "You want your damn Starbucks, honey? You found him! A minor complaint... There is a list of data points that can be viewed at the bottom of the screen such as: such as altitude, time of day, arrival time, distance traveled, etc. You can only view one data point at a time. My previous old Garmin allowed me to display 4 data points. I don't know what you think about it... Otherwise I give it 5 stars. I would give it a 6 if I could... Buy it!
