Satisfied with product and product quality, but. O-rings are very frustrating and annoying for me. Every time I take them out to clean them/ears it takes me forever to put the ring back on and sometimes my fingers slip out so I get on all fours on the floor looking for the damn thing. And a little groove where the rings go. When I first tried to put them in, including the oil, my ear was stuck to it. Now that my ears are used to it, it slides right in, but it hurt the first few times and didn't make me very happy. Yes I love them and I'm the right size and I have no regrets but the back half could be better.
