A popular carpenter on Youtube highly recommended them (seems to be sponsored by this company) and at first glance they seemed a good alternative to separate headphones and to be earmuffs. In practice, however, they have been disappointing. Compared to headphones, despite identical sound insulation values, there was a significant increase in the transmitted noise. And compared to a pair of cheap headphones (ROVKING Wired Over Ear Sport Earbuds), the sound was lousy. Even with the MP3 player at maximum volume, it was difficult to hear the sound played through these tube speakers against the background of outside noise. So what to do with a product with a smart idea that has failed on both counts (noise reduction and music playback)? Bring back of course.
