item received in excellent condition and decently fast shipping arrived a day later than the first purchase. As soon as I open the computer I try to turn on the computer but it won't turn on, so I thought the battery was dead, I connected the charging cable, I was able to turn it on, I got to the loading screen, then the screen hung simple, I couldn't move the cursor, the laptop wouldn't turn off. Reconnect the cable, press the power button to try to restart the computer. Then the screen just turns off and then the system crashes. Spent about 30 minutes fixing the computer screen myself. Rebooting the computer just crashes again. After so many attempts I managed to fix it. The first thing that struck me was how slow the whole laptop is processing everything so slowly that it takes about 5-7 seconds to open the YouTube tab. The video doesn't even load anything over 480p. My internet is faster on my phone than a laptop can't even play video without that frame and cursor lag. Also, it keeps crashing and saying "Chrome OS is corrupt"?
