Just unbelievable. - Antennas

WOW! This is amazing stuff! I like to tinker and research. I built my own antenna and got 23 channels with it. I was expecting a few more but what I got was amazing. I connected it to my upstairs bedroom TV and attached it to the TV mount with a magnet. I did a channel scan and got 38 channels. YES, I said 38! They all arrived crystal clear. I then hooked it up to an existing cable that ran through my garage, through my roof, across my yard and into a DirecTV dish that I recently unplugged. FYI, DirecTV must have had an extra cable when they started the line because it's at least 150 cables. Anyway, I screwed this suction cup in and attached it to the top of my old bowl, ran upstairs, scanned the channels and got, wait, 45 channels. I was amazed. Every channel is perfect. Now the back. I hooked it up to my TV downstairs and only got 10 channels. Altitude is definitely key. Even if it's only 20 meters. I would recommend this to everyone.

Pros
  • Reach and Cable - 50 miles and 6.5 feet of coax cable for more signals.
Cons
  • Requires socket
