I'm glad to see I'm not the only recipient of a defunct airbag that won't deflate, but according to Lunix, "we don't usually see that." Interesting. That said, the customer service was terrible. I emailed Lunix but didn't receive anything until three days later. At that point I was given instructions on how to air out the pillows as if I hadn't tried it yet. Received another email after airing the pillows for 72 hours and only got a reply two days later. In the end, the Lunix "Care Team" offered to send a prepaid label so I could return the defective base pillow and they would send a replacement part, but they didn't email the label. Rather than waiting another 2-3 days for an answer I (mind you I have severe COPD) used all my weight to miraculously collect all 3 pillows in a box, take them to UPS and rewains them to leave hands. I got my money back immediately and will definitely not buy from this seller again. The photo of the pillow with the cover was taken after 12 hours of airing, the photos without the cover were taken after 72 hours. , symptoms of GERD or difficulty breathing. Maybe the system works for some people, but apparently not for everyone.
