Straight out of the box this is a black set and it looked great. I tightened my legs and did not have time to look with my legs straight. 1 rubber foot was missing. In my opinion, it is very important not to scratch the surfaces or move the stand. The rubber foot was about 3/4 in diameter and about 1/8 in height. Revane offered $5 to buy another foot. Finding a foot of the correct diameter and thickness would be difficult, so I return. It's black and looks slick, and the feet felt stable on the lowest setting, but I didn't test it as no rubber base fits under my foot. It seems very cheap to increase the height with screws, but that didn't bother me. It would have been better to have a more comfortable leg extension mechanism. If I can't find anything better, I'll try to order more and hope for a second time for a complete package. I also agree the brand name should be excluded.
