Review on Illuminating Toner Alcohol Refiner Antioxidants by Julie Uhl

I've been using this toner for about 2 weeks and I really like it. VERY moisturizing. Usually when I use other toners my face gets moist or feels dry, but that hasn't happened. It's very refreshing and light, sometimes I even smear it on my face when I get off the street in the cold. I've been looking for a new line of skincare products that are free of toxic substances and finally found one that leaves my skin moisturized but not greasy. I feel more luminosity on my skin and a bolder look even under my eyes.
