We use this in a small office because we print 3-page charcoal bills. This is a no-frills model with inputs for both USB and LPT printers. Works well with Windows 7, 8 and 8.1. You can buy cheap non-genuine tapes pretty cheap. Installation is easy, if your computer doesn't recognize it automatically you can use the included installation CD. Only a power cable is supplied, no connection cables. This is the second Oki ML320 we have bought in 2 years. Periodic maintenance (compressed air to clean the paper) is all you need to do. I love this model, but I'm praying for the day we don't need the dot matrix anymore.
