upset. to my rating.

So I had to go down to size 3-4T first because the color I wanted for my daughter wasn't available in her size. Despite being a size up, this dress was EXTREMELY short. It was fine when she was standing still, but as soon as she moved she started to stand up and you could see her shorts. Very disappointed because it is a very charming dress but too short.
