There are a few things to consider before deciding to buy this videophone. The phone keeps losing connection to the wireless network and keeps forgetting the wireless password so it can't reconnect automatically. This turns the phone off and stays offline so you can't rely on it to contact anyone using it. I noticed that the fan in the device just wouldn't turn off after a while. During video calls, the video sometimes disappears and is replaced by a green screen. The screen sometimes appears blurry around the edges - the problem goes away after the phone has been turned off for a while, leading me to think it might be an overheating issue. others noted that ASUS support is extremely difficult to obtain. Overall, I just wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone who needs a reliable device.
