Review on Cmple - 2 Port Cat5E Surface Mount Box by Ryan Williams

The first one I ordered had cut outs on the sides indicating where to press to open the box. It worked so well that I ordered a second one. The second box was different - it must be the same as other reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the puzzle of how to open the box without damaging it. I sent the second box back and decided to try a different one (hoping to get the same as the first box) - it was the same as the second. Why was the box so difficult to open? My 1 star rating is for the second box I ordered but you might get lucky and get the same one as my first box. I ended up buying the second one I needed at my local hardware store.
