The ability to hold meetings virtually without leaving my desk. I can easily join meetings that are being held in other time zones. The screen sharing feature is great for when I need to see what someone else is seeing. There are some bugs that make it difficult to use at times. Sometimes you will be unable to log into your account after a few days of not logging into it. It's a great product. If you're looking for an affordable solution to holding virtual meetings, this is a great tool to have. We've been able to increase our sales by having weekly staff meetings online instead of having everyone travel to our office. The ease of use in setting up meetings from my computer at home or work - it's all there! I dislike that you have to pay for some features if they are not included as standard such as screen sharing but this is only an inconvenience rather than anything majorly negative about using ekonferencings services (I do think though we could be charged less!). It has enabled me so far just meeting clients face2face without having them come into our office which saves us time & money too!!
