I like how easy it was to set up, but also that there are multiple ways you can customize your account so as not to get too overwhelmed with features! There were some things we didn't realize would be helpful until later (like having our own domain) which could have been better communicated in advance of setting everything up.

We're solving problems around communication within my team - being able to send messages from anywhere at any time helps us keep everyone connected throughout the day without needing constant reminders or meetings.
