DEFECTIVE FOR LESS THAN A YEAR
I purchased this item on August 2nd 2019 and after about 1 year the subwoofer stopped working. I checked the cables and connection but it won't turn on. I expected more from this brand but unfortunately it doesn't work and I'm very disappointed. It is not possible to reach technical support as I would like to know if the company can exchange it for another one since it has only been a year since I bought this device.
