So I love the idea of this and after solving all the problems and finally getting one on the pen it worked fine. But for some reason the included tools (hex wrenches) get stuck hard in the hole they go in to lock the pins. You put the tool in and it tightens up nicely, but then you can't get the tool back. Outside. I've tried every wrench and tons of locks and they all work. I think the hole was made a little smaller. Big enough, to insert the tool, but then it gets stuck due to friction. Then you tug and pull and try your best to get the tool out of the lock, which will mess up the lock on the pin, bend or move it, or loosen it in the right place, and then put the key back in. Pull in and tighten and go through everything again. Apart from the problem with the tool they are fine, after doing this so many times with the first pin I learned how to somehow unscrew it without putting the wrench all the way down the hole and doing my best with it it doesn't move into the hole at all, causing friction to get stuck. So I have no plans to return them but I would not buy from this company again. Maybe it was a one off mistake with just my wrenches, so take it with a pinch of salt and check other reviews for similar issues is my advice. If it wasn't for the wrench issue they would have a five star rating, they do exactly what they advertise and are reasonably priced. Although the low price may be the main reason for production problems at the mine.
