I didn't see the message for months, and they still followed through. I am very pleased with their customer service. They could still improve by updating the description to be more accurate so buyers can make a properly informed decision. Overall this makes the hassle of my whole experience worth it.P.S. Dollar Tree sells a tiny version of these magnetic boards. Great for on the go. Originally I had bought and returned another brand's set with a large and small board, but if I had known dollar Tree had them I would have only shopped online for the big one from the start.Original review:I'm mostly disappointed because I was looking for the biggest board I could find. I read tons of reviews for many different ones. I even ordered another one and ended up returning it because the size was stated incorrectly and it felt cheap.I was led to believe that the size of the drawing surface would be 13x15 for this product. It definitely is not. It is about 10.5x7.5 inches. It also feels pretty cheap. The shape magnets do not stay attached to the board well when stored. And you lose more drawing surface because the magnetic eraser inside sits on the side of the drawing surface and takes up a strip probably 3/4 of an inch wide. I do like the different colors and my son is enjoying it so far. He is almost 3.The only reason I am not returning this is because I don't have much faith that I can find a better one for a decent price.
