This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't have a phone number, the number you call is a warehouse and they said customer service is overseas and you can't speak to them. You have to email them. emailed them saying they refused to reply despite 10 emails! They told me to use a 10 amp fuse but 300 watts would draw 25 amps according to Ohm's law which governs all electrical principles. The power wires are 22 gauge wire that cannot handle 25 amps, they will melt. Maybe that's why this device is being discontinued? indeed. I connected it to a 3 amp fuse and it doesn't burn. This means that the light bar is less than 36W. Why is it important? Because if I install a 25 ampere fuse, which is required for 300 watts, it can cause serious damage to the car in the event of a short circuit.
