Doesn't last long in plumbing

Bought this water pressure regulator in January 2020. Used 7 or 8 times. The last time I used it the needle got stuck at 60psi and went up to 100psi with the water. Turned the adjustment screw until it shut off the water, the needle reached 60psi. I have no idea what the actual pressure was as I didn't have another gauge. Wouldn't buy anything else.

Pros

LEAD-FREE BRASS, SAFER AND HEALTHIER - Pressure reducing valve modified to contain minimal lead, tested to meet NSF requirements for less than 0.25% lead to effectively inhibit bacterial growth. Lead-free brass is processed by hot casting technique. Much safer and healthier water pressure regulator
