I bought and used two of these monitors for my business PC and being a programmer I need both. I was using the monitors daily for about 60 days when one of the monitors went black. After some troubleshooting I called the Samsung Service Center and had to send it in for repair. Service and return took about ten days. When it arrived everything worked fine for a day or two, then the other monitor failed. rinse and repeat; My second monitor is currently at Samsung for repair. Also note that Samsung will not replace a failed device, only repair it, which I think they should do if it's less than a year old and mine was less than 90 days old. I ask the service engineer if this will happen again as I stand by a replacement and he said it would need to be resent. Please note that every time you submit your business will suffer from a lack of professionalism.
