I LOVE this bag. The material is soft but doesn't "flop" like most backpacks I've tried. The white paint has a nice texture to the look and feel and doesn't show dirt like I feared. Easy to clean if necessary. The side pockets are my favorite feature as they each have a small zippered compartment in addition to easily accessible open patch pockets. I also like the presence of a hidden zippered pocket on the back. Received many compliments on this bag. The zippers are high quality and don't get caught often or easily. The lining is very durable which is great for my needs as this is my "just in case" bag and I'm pretty rough on my wallets!
