I bought several of these and 4/5 fit perfectly and snug don't force it to latch. I had one that didn't quite fit and wouldn't snap if you want, it shouldn't be hard to turn up and to the right - when you do the final twist to snap firmly into the filter a bit of water will flow in, that makes noise. I don't know why 5 stars. Either these people are getting paid to give it 5 stars, or they're reviewing it too quickly, or they don't know what quality water tastes like.
