We spent years avoiding the drinking water and ice dispenser in our fridge after the filter it came with stopped working. I postponed the exchange because it was very difficult to find information about the manufacturer. . Then, assuming I never found a manufacturer's "parts" store within reach, we just removed the old filter, capped it, and stopped using it. I didn't know Revain then. After I started using Revain I stumbled across replacement fridge filters! I entered our model number and immediately this filter appeared along with several others claiming it was compatible with our model number! And very inexpensive. I ordered this filter for the first time. It was so easy to install and worked so well and for much longer than advertised! If I need to replace it now, I just order the same one. He will come here within 2 days. I delete the old one. Put a new one in, fill up and off you go. I would never have used my favorite feature of our fridge for so long if I had known this filter was available and perfect.
