I needed a versatile music player for my workout. I weight train, swim and exercise outdoors. I tried other products but they just didn't work as a multifunctional music player. For the price, this device was perfect for my needs. I'm a bit older and was having trouble getting music from iTunes to my audio stream. It was very easy for me to drag and drop music from iTunes to this player. I just like the old man. Also, I was a little rough on my gear and my player got damaged. I can't say enough about customer service. Never called on the warranty for such a cheap thing, bought new. I thought I'd give it a try and contacted support. They really came back to me. I sent a photo of the damaged item and they will send me a replacement unit. Find out, the way to the easy. The only thing I would caution is to be careful when plugging and unplugging the MP3 player into the headset. This is a small weak point. Overall I am very satisfied and impressed with this inexpensive, simple and versatile player backed by the company.
