I'm 5'11" and 186 lbs. I ordered the size XLarge. It's a little tight but feels good. I've used it every time I mountain biking. I crashed on June 27th 2021 and am very glad I put this soft protection on. It saved me from a serious shoulder injury. The padded protection left marks on my shoulder and it would have been VERY VERY WORSE , if I hadn't worn the padded protection so I'm definitely giving this product 5 stars I read the reviews to order a size up from your normal size, I did and I was satisfied.
