I use my phone a lot and I'm pretty aggressive with my phone and my hands. Surprisingly, it took a very long time! I wore it for several months until the ring fell off. The adhesion is so sticky and even removing it almost broke my phone case. I use OtterBox cases and when I had to remove the adhesive to attach another ring the adhesive was so strong that my case tore a little. Liability on +! I turned my ring a ton and of course after a while it got lost as it's metal and broke. But it's great!
