I ordered 2 of these tablets/laptops for my kids for Christmas. I was looking for a Windows based computer as Google Chromebook doesn't support some of the online games they like. So I did some research and this one came up with pretty good reviews. It was a nightmare! It was just a hassle to set up at first, but we got through it all and got the kids working. Although they didn't change the main graphics or anything, the machines were SUPER slow. I have good internet and use multiple devices without this issue, so this isn't the case. It was just slow on these machines. Also, it was so slow that many things wouldn't load or work at all. In fact, there was simply no way to do anything. I asked the kids and now the laptops are coming back (for a $43 refill per laptop, btw). Cost me $86 for useless machines. Will never do it again!
