Everything. This stuff really works wonders. My husband works 14 hours a day at 100°+ in a sheet metal truck. I'm used to a slight smell. Imagine my surprise when it came home the first day after trying it and there was no stench! I told him we would never return to him with the axe. The smell of the stick itself is barely noticeable, but it releases a stronger, more pleasant aroma on the skin. I wish they had more flavor variety but maybe in the end!
