Product Quality Issue
A screw is screwed in when attaching the center shelf to the cart. The screw cannot be removed from the shelf, and the shelf cannot be attached to the leg. When I contacted Erommi I was told they would not replace the trolley as I had broken the bolt. Um, I'm 73 years old. Women and I can't break the screw! They said they would contact the manufacturer anyway to ask them to send me another shelf and screw. That was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received the shelf and screw. I will update my review when they replace the cart or send me a shelf and screw.
