Review on 🥤 64 Ounce Winco Button Insulated Beverage by John Hashman

We bought this carafe to replace another decanter that had a broken vacuum glass liner. We thought it would be more durable, and it really is, but it never kept our coffee hot for long. Recently I accidentally touched its side and noticed that it feels hot, which shouldn't be the case if it's well insulated. Of course it was the same the next day. I ordered another model from Revain and it arrived yesterday. When filled with hot coffee, this new mug's appearance stays cool, just as it should be. I have no idea why this model doesn't insulate well...maybe it's a manufacturing defect from not being handled. However, it's attractive but just not functional. I can't return it as it's been almost two years since I bought it. Yes I know... two years and I just realized it doesn't keep the coffee hot? No, I've noticed that for a long time, but I thought that was normal with a foam insulated carafe. Not like the new one I bought proves. The price was good but not value for money as it doesn't keep your hot drinks hot unless you drink your coffee very very quickly.
