I've tried a lot of key rings, but these are awesome. The paracord is very strong and a bit stiff. The way I use mine, is my primary key ring is attached to the ring end, and the clip end is attached to my belt loop with the keys inserted into my pants pocket. The cord is long enough (just) to allow the keys to be pulled out and inserted into most door locks without removing the clip from the loop. Of course, I'm of fairly average height, so you mileage may vary. This is a great way to keep your keys from getting pushed down into your pocket and not misplace them.Having a nice strong strand of paracord is a great plus for everyday carry (EDC).
