I am a 52 -year old lady with a few years back pain I finally decided to get some kind of support belt. I'm SO glad I did. This is the first support belt I've ever had and I'm very impressed, I don't know how it does it but it eliminates most of my back pain! I love it! My back pain without a belt (on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being worst) is about a 6 and with the belt on it's a 2 or 1. I wore it under my shirt but after about 3 days I felt like mine Skin ached from the friction it caused all day. But I only wore it on bare skin. So I put on first a tank top, then a belt, then a shirt - what a huge difference in comfort! My husband will order one for himself and so will my mother. I see it as "back support with benefits". lol. And another benefit is that it stays in my gut too. lol.
