I took a chance and ordered but I was skeptical that this product would perform better than the Tenga eggs and it definitely turned out to be an upgrade. The first time was awkward but it was smooth sailing on subsequent uses. A couple small complaints: this unit produces more noise than an egg, that might be an issue if you're trying to be discreete. My second issue is that this unit takes longer to clean since it can't be inverted like an egg. Neither gripe prevents me from enjoying the product.
