Review on Passat Cathedral Horsehair Wedding Blusher by Dave Goodman

Total surprise at how great this is

I rarely write reviews. But it was an amazing find. And I'm so glad. This veil is not perfect, but the imperfections are minor. Husband and friends were delighted. Looks fantastic in pictures. It was a last minute purchase, sort of like an Hail Mary pass, and if that doesn't work I'll have to buy a $500 veil. I'm not exaggerating. Luckily I didn't have to! The comb is safe. The whole veil including the blush is well made (A-) and the tulle is delicate, no snags, the thin ribbon is very stylish. What you should know: It comes along very wrinkled. I opened it a week before the wedding and couldn't find a spot big enough to hang it to smooth out the wrinkles. I panicked and wondered how I would wear such a rumpled veil. The groom (now husband) intervened and saved the day. do what we did. Find a very high ceiling and let it hang by attaching it to the ridge. Grab a steamer and spend two hours slowly steaming in as hot a room as you can take, yes it sucks, but seriously, in the basement you can get a great dress at a bargain price. I've been looking for veils online for weeks and this one looked really amazing. I hope this review will help the thrifty bride feel comfortable when buying. My dress cost several thousand dollars and the veil looked like the perfect match. Super glad I bought it. Gave it to my good friend who is also getting married in a few months, she is very excited. I only deducted one star because better wrinkle removal instructions should be provided. I even emailed the seller but didn't get much helpful information. I panicked for days which could have been avoided. There's also a seam that isn't exactly smooth, but to be honest no one has seen it yet!
