The repair is not easy, but not bad.

Required to replace bumpers on my Halo Edition Xbox One Controller. The center piece covering the Xbox button was a bit difficult to put back on, but with a bit of jiggling, it took less than an hour to replace and the controller works well. If I didn't know, I would have thought it would come with black bumpers.
