The edges are very thick!

The edges are made of very thick cardboard which makes fitting on a 2010 Audi Q5 very difficult! I almost had to send it back! The problem is that most filters need to be twisted or bent slightly and inserted at an angle to fit the filter slot. The hard, thick cardboard that surrounds the filter makes it very difficult because it doesn't bend, so you really have to use force to push the filter in, which you really shouldn't! Sorry if they don't fix it, I don't think I can recommend it.
