My husband says he can't give me a massage because his hands are sore (probably from developing arthritis) so we had to fix it. Bought as it was recommended to me by a friend and instead of getting the usual lecture "You bought something else that doesn't work" he uses this! Not only that, he uses it regularly and loves it very much. Sometimes I even do massages. ;) It relieves pain and soothes his wrists.
