I glued them to each tire following the instructions, now I just have to wait until night to see what color they make. More than I expected. Now I know how to make the light work. Thanks for all feedback. The lanterns are solar lights, during the day you need to put them in direct sunlight and press the red button before placing them on your bike or car to activate them. You will know they work after pressing the red button as during movement/control each indicator will flicker or light up with different settings. Play with each to customize them to your liking. You are really cool. I almost gave up. Install indirect sunlight (in a window) throughout the day
